  • Aggravated level one: A minimum of 12 months imprisonment and a maximum term of imprisonment up to three years. A fine up to $10,000 could be imposed.
  • Level one: A minimum of 30 days imprisonment and a maximum term of imprisonment up to two years. A fine up to $4,000 could be imposed.
  • Level two: A minimum of 7 days imprisonment and a maximum term of imprisonment up to one year. A fine up to $2,000 could be imposed.
  • Level three: A minimum of 72 hours community serving or imprisonment and a maximum term of imprisonment up to six months. A fine up to $1,000 could be imposed.
  • Level four: A minimum of 48 hours community service or imprisonment and a maximum term of imprisonment up to 120 days. A fine up to $500 could be imposed.
  • Level five: A minimum of 24 hours community service or imprisonment and a maximum term of imprisonment up to 60 days. A fine up to $200 could be imposed.
